Making a purchase
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers).
We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately.
Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.

Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Courier delivery is usually next day, although not guaranteed. We request customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. All non-delivered or damaged items need to be reported to us within 15 days of the date of despatch.
UK Deliveries If your item does not arrive within 15 days and you chose the recorded or special delivery option (in the UK) we will replace the goods once confirmation from Royal Mail has been received that they did not deliver the item, if you chose the free uk shipping option then the parcel wasn't insured and we can not give you a refund or replace the item. We will however, try to contact Royal Mail and resolve the issue.
Overseas Deliveries All mail sent overseas is insured for the value of the items contained within the package. If you have not received the goods withing 25 days of despatch please contact us and we will try and track down the parcel.

Cancellation of Order and Returns
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your own cost or you may ask us to arrange collection, which will be chargeable. We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in as new condition.
